Greener, More Colorful, And Improved Services! The Agriturismo Marcarini is Reopening Its Doors With Important News And Updates.

The Marcarini world is constantly evolving. In March, we opened our renewed Agriturismo. Here are all the details.

COMPLETELY SUSTAINABLE

In accordance with our values to respect and protect the environment, which we follow in our vineyard management, the Agriturismo Marcarini—located in Neviglie, in the heart of the Barbaresco hills—is now even more sustainable.

Low-impact detergents All the classic (and polluting) detergents and air fresheners used in our agriturismo have been replaced with ORPC cleaning products, a company that has been manufacturing professional cleaning products with low environmental impact for 45 years. Their products respect nature and our health.

Solar panels Agriturismo Marcarini uses solar panels that meet all the energy needs of the structure using the natural energy of the sun.

RESTAURANT

A brand-new addition this year is a particular type of restaurant service, just for guests of Agriturismo Marcarini. It will be a personal chef service, where guests may ask Chiara Marchetti, manager of the agriturismo, to prepare their dinner from a daily menu. Good, biodynamic, and km 0 Chiara Marchetti’s cuisine is inspired by Piedmontese tradition, with the possibility to personalize it according to the needs or wishes of guests. A large part of her ingredients will be sourced from Nuove Rotte, an association of young farmers located in Vergne, a frazione of Narzole. There, they founded an eco-village for biodynamic agriculture that protects the territory and shares their new approach to country living with their products. Today, they grow and sell fruit, vegetables, and heritage grains and make juices—all with an unmistakable flavor of quality! Chiara also chooses her meat and bread from small producers that share our philosophy: artisan, with respect for the environment, humans, and animals, high quality, authenticity, and km 0 (local).

NEW COLORS

The rooms of Agriturismo Marcarini have been revived with new colors. We chose a different color for each room to give a personal, unique feel to your stay, all in respect of the elegant traditions of noble Piedmont manors. The classic rooms are now sage green, dusty pink, and turquoise. The superior rooms are pastel orange and sky blue. And the suite is beige with an elegant green border. Come and see the new look for yourself!

NEW SHOWERS

In place of the bathtubs, we’ve given each room a large Italian-style shower with inlaid mosaic on the footrest. Now your stay will be even more relaxing.
